La primera noche, se coló al hotel un individuo que nos siguió hasta el piso de la habitación, nadie se percató qué estaba parado afuera de los elevadores. El segundo día no salía agua caliente para bañarnos, así que el tercer día nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación y la explicación es que la persona de mantenimiento no llega temprano para prender la caldera, eran las 9.00 am, regresamos y a las 8.00 pm seguíamos sin tener agua caliente. La habitación doble, es de buen tamaño. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, sin embargo el hotel está muy sucio, alfombras manchadas, llenas de polvo, las áreas comunes poco aseadas.
Estuve 5 días después de navidad y no fue la mejor experiencia, no le recomendaría este hotel a ningún conocido.

Took a last minute trip and stayed at this hotel. Very modern and nice amenities such as shuttle to any location in 3 mile radius, pool, and 24 hr gym. There is no complimentary breakfast, but you can purchase. We loved the location and the front desk staff and shuttle driver Roy were amazing! Would definitely stay again!

I usually stay at Aloft if I can and this one was as expected. Comfortable room, close to nearby amenities. We were at the far end of the hall so not affected by any noise. The only minor thing was that no hand soap was provided. The gentleman who checked me in was polite and friendly.

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. My experience was far below the standards I expected, especially considering the cost of $400.

Key Issues Encountered:
1. Unclean Room: The room was not properly cleaned. I found hair in the corners of the room and the shower, which was both unpleasant and unacceptable.
2. Lobby Restroom Condition: While waiting for my Uber, I used the lobby restroom, only to find it in a disgusting state. I reported this to the front desk, but no action was taken to clean it during my wait.
3. No Hot Water: To make matters worse, the water in the room was extremely cold throughout my stay. We were unable to access hot water, which is a basic amenity every guest should expect.

This stay was the most disappointing hotel experience I have ever had, and I feel as though my money was wasted. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and unresponsive service are unacceptable.

I am requesting a resolution to this matter, such as a partial refund or credit toward a future stay. Please let me know how you intend to address these issues.

My husband and I chose this hotel for our wedding block, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The marketing team was exceptional—so accommodating and attentive to all of our needs, from helping organize our rehearsal dinner to setting up a room for hair and makeup. They even went above and beyond by reserving a special room with an adorable setup of wine, snacks, and a thoughtful card wishing us well. It was such a lovely touch.

The cleaning staff was equally impressive. Despite the hotel being quite busy, they handled everything with grace and always greeted us and our guests with a warm smile.

One of the highlights of the hotel is its cozy bar in the lobby, complete with comfortable seating and some fun games. It ended up being the perfect spot for our wedding party to hang out, and most of us opted to stay there rather than venture out elsewhere, which made the weekend feel even more intimate and connected.

The hotel also offers a shuttle service, which was invaluable. Not only did it transport our guests to and from the airport, but it also provided seamless transportation to and from the wedding venue. We simply provided the hours we needed, and they took care of the rest. This service made coordinating the wedding party a breeze, especially when it came to transporting centerpieces and other essentials to and from the venue. Honestly, this was probably the most stress-free and beneficial part of our entire weekend.

A special shoutout to the shuttle driver, who was a true jack of all trades. He not only shuttled us around but also helped set up the food for our rehearsal dinner and assisted with various tasks around the hotel. We were so grateful for his hard work that we made sure to send him home with a couple of slices of wedding cake as a small token of our appreciation.

All in all, we had an amazing experience and would absolutely choose this hotel again!

I had a great experience overall but the showerhead looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There were a few things in the restroom that were broken or missing. The bedroom was great though! The lobby was super humid and not very comfortable to hang out in.

I stayed for two days Friday and Saturday. Friday night my vehicle was broken into and they stold all my belongings inside the car. Police was called and requested the camera footage from the night of the incident. Aloft management did not provide footage saying they needed a subpoena in order y to o review footage. Long story short seems to me that the hotel protects the thief’s more than their customers. The following day a truck was stolen from same parking lot. No bueno. Beware.

For a mid-range hotel, it's not bad. Location near the airport is good. They do have a shuttle which apparently can take you to and from the airport, although I did not see anything about that on the website, and thus paid for a Lyft that I didn't really need.

The front desk person was friendly and helpful at check in. There's nothing wrong with the room itself. It was simple, but comfortable, including the bed. I liked the layout of the room.

The one concerning item was the in-room safe, which was not bolted down, and it could be completely removed with ease, as seen in the photo. Any valuables in it were not really secure.
