Mark came to our house to help us with a very anxious foster dog. As soon as he stepped in the door he understood the challenge. He was so thorough and patient and gave us both the knowledge and tools we needed. He showed us how to create an environment she can be calm and comfortable in and showed us how to lead her in a way that would give her more confidence. This is the 5th dog that CPT has helped us train! They are our go-to trainers and they never disappoint.

CPT is an excellent resource for training doggos. My Aussie doodle and I have benefitted greatly from the caring, educated approach to training that CPT provides. The teachers are all super knowledgeable and willing to help with any issues you are encountering even if it is not on the syllabus. I have also used the board training program they have and wow did it make a big difference in my pups behavior. 10/10 would recommend, I think the services they offer excellent and are a good value.

Megan Jefferson and CPT were recommended to me by a close friend and to say that Megan exceeded my expectations would be an understatement of a lifetime. She took a brand new, scared lab rescue to new heights in just three weeks. The transformation with my lab pup was truly remarkable. Not only was Megan extremely patient with our lab, but she developed a personalized training program around his needs. I couldn't believe my eyes when I picked up my pup at how big the change was. His confidence was difference, and he was freely interacting with the world around him for the first time without terrible fear. I cannot begin to thank Megan enough for what she has done for Kevin in giving him the confidence he needed to succeed. I will be eternally thankful 🙂

The therapy dog class was great. Affordable and got me and my pup Sadie ready to take the therapy dog exam for a program. Melissa was very nice and helpful in showing us how to help our dogs with new behaviors. I would definitely recommend CPT for any dog looking for any type of training.

My husband and I can’t say enough good things about CPT and one of their head trainers - Robin.

Our Mason (English Cream Retriever) was 8 months old at the time we started there. He had basic obedience down from a separate school when we entered Robin’s Intermediate course, but he still had a lot to learn. Long story short, Mason stopped leash-leading, jumping at people, learned to heel without a leash, and improved his “stay” command duration to name just a few major improvements.

On top of that, our private sessions with Robin were always worthwhile - We learned to overcome new challenges every time. She even set the groundwork for him to fetch/retrieve ducks for hunting season.

We are so proud of how far along our “Frat Boy” (nickname CPT gave Mason) has come. 5 Stars
