Dr Bensimon is amazing. I've been going to him for many years now and he is compassionate and very thorough. I haven't always had insurance so he has always tried to be cost effective. In addition when you do have insurance his staff is diligent in getting it covered. He is a busy man but always finds time to fit you in if needed. Aside from being a GP he is also a Cardiologist. I'm very lucky I found him and wouldn't change him for the world.

I have been going to Dr. Bensimon since the 80's. I can honestly state that Dr. Bensimon is the most caring Dr. I have ever been too, he's never too busy to speak with his patients and hear their worries or concerns, yes sometimes you will be waiting in his office for a while but to me it is definitely worth it. My husband now goes to him and we make the drive all the way from Palm Bay Florida an hour and forty five minute drive he refuses to go elsewhere. I have also had the vein treatments with fantastic outcome I never had any issues with this I am sorry to hear that someone else did not have the same results. His staff is also very nice and they try to get you in as soon as possible when making an appointment. BEST DR. EVER I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

Dr. Bensimon is the most caring doctor in the field. His dedication to his patients are superb! His work hours are double than just his office hours as he ensures the best treatment for his patients. Dr. Jaime Bensimon has been my physician for over two decades. He has provided me with excellent service and is always available for my health challenges. Dr. Bensimon has an awesome bedside manner and treats his patients like family members. The medical staff is superb. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and always eager to assist. They treat their patients with kindness and respect. Dr. Bensimon and staff are an assist to the medical profession. I recommend this office highly.

Dr Bensimon has a very unique bedside manny, which I value very much. I don't appreciate Dr's who harp on me over and over. If I'm told to lose weight, I understand what that means, the rest is up to me! We also have a great working environment along with his bedside manner. I always leave with a smile on my face! Dr Bensimon also has the ability to diagnose with hands on abilities. He draws all the blood from me that I need and runs tests himself. He has the ability to hit me once to get blood, not 15 times. My veins aren't easy to draw from. They sink only to show up somewhere else. The only time he ever missed at the first time, was my fault for jerking my arm. Anyway, Dr Bensimon is one of the best Doctors I've ever had! He also has a very good staff, who treat me with dignity and respect!! Thank you Ladies!!!

PRO:Great Doctor, long waiting hours, depending on what's going on there on a particular day.
Con: Front staff constantly hound you for money. When ask for a print out of the bill to see what i have already paid, what the insurance pays and what what is owing they refuse to do so. My husband was in a bad situation where he needed to see the Dr. Ben every week until he get better. He was told if he didn't pay the amount owing the Dr. will not see him.

Yes there is usually a wait, but it'll always be worth it. If you don't want to wait, then go ahead and go to doctor who doesn't care about you. It takes so long because he give each patient the 1 on 1 attention they deserve and he has a lot of regular patients. Bensimon goes above and beyond to help everyone get the answers and help they come in for. My father and I have both been seeing him for years and wouldnt go to anyone else. If youre looking for a doctor to really care about you, this is the one.

This place deserves no stars!!! I had my appointment at 11:15 and I arrived early to fill out paper work. It was 11:50 and I hadn’t been called yet. I asked the receptionist how much longer would I have to wait and said that I had 3 patients in front of me. She said “why do you have something to do?” Really?! Then she added by saying it was going to take about 30 more minutes. I asked if they overbook appointments because another patient had been there for 2 hours and hadn’t been called yet. It shouldn’t take that long to see the doctor when you have an appointment schedule!!!
