H & H did a great job of replacing the water lines to our washing machine and also discovered a problem with the sewer line. The workers handled everything very efficiently and made sure we were happy with the work they completed! They also did a great job cleaning everything up once they were done. I would definitely use H&H for any plumbing issues!

I had an urgent issue with the vent from our heating system. H&H got out to my house quickly and got it solved immediately. In addition to solving that issue they also performed the annual maintenance. I am extremely happy with the service they provided and can recommend them for your plumbing and heating needs.

Front desk was very polite and techs were nice as well. My issue is I had to have them come out 2 times within a week to fix my furnace as it would immediately stop working after their techs left. On the third time they came out, I was livid that this issue was still happening after I already paid them twice to come out and both times the techs just did the exact same thing with cleaning it out. I was please that they did not charge me for the third visit as I assumed they recognize this was their mistake and wanted to make up for it. They had to order parts and came back a forth time to install and was only there about 20 minutes, not even a full hour. When I looked at my invoice after the tech left, I noticed they charged me 2 full hours of labor plus the part, meaning they did end up charging me for their 3rd visit. I called the next day to voice my concerns and they were very rude about the whole situation and would not refund me anything. They did end up fixing my furnace, they just dragged it out over several visits so there's more money in their pockets.

Very knowledgeable and friendly plumber came to our house for a drain issue. Brandon answered all our questions and was a big help. Also, the receptionist is very friendly to deal with when making an appointment as well. I will definitely utilize H and H plumbing for all my future plumbing issues.

This is the third time now that I have had H & H come to my home for repairs. The first time was a few plumbing issues back in 2018, the second to repair my A/C while I had a house full of company and the third time just this last week to again repair a couple of plumbing issues. Every time the worker has been polite, respectful of my property, and has corrected the problems completely. Each time they have also given me great advice for future projects. I will happily continue to call H & H for my plumbing and heating and cooling updates and upgrades.
