Update: It’s time for the 6 months cleaning and review of my ring, and I’d like to emphasize the importance of proper customer service in the location store. Unfortunately, given my distance from the store, I lost Shirley's note, which mentioned that I could have my ring serviced at an alternative third-party location. Therefore, I reached out to the Wellington store for assistance, but to my dismay, I encountered numerous challenges: they rarely answered the phone and were unhelpful when they did respond. Ultimately, I was passed to the manager to contact customer care—that's disappointing. I urge you to consider the need for improvement in customer service to ensure that loyal customers like myself receive the attention and care our treasured items deserve. It's either Wellington or Orlando; there are no third-party options.

I just wanted to share my experience with Helzberg Diamonds specially with Glenn– it's been quite a ride! My situation was a real puzzle, but guess what? Glenn stuck with me through thick and thin. Things were a bit shaky, I won't lie, and most folks might've thrown in the towel. But not Franky – he's different. While many businesses are all about themselves, Helzberg Diamonds puts customers first, no doubt about it. I'm just stating the facts here. I've had some rough times with other jewelers before, and I thought they were all the same, until I met Glenn.
He assured me that he could sort out my problem, and he delivered. I traded in something, and they honored the price – that was a big green light for me. That move rebuilt the trust and respect I have for this jeweler. I also went through another problem that led to ask for return the ring I bought 2 days ago. Mr. Glenn gave me an exception& offered me 60 days return window until I back from my journey and offered a full refund. I never had such a great experience before. Let me tell you, Helzberg Diamonds is hands down one of the realest jewelers in Clearwater, FL. If you're second-guessing, know that this jeweler doesn't take shortcuts. Thanks a ton, Glenn!
