At best they do not perform proper pre-purchase inspections. At worst they purposefully sell lemons. I bought a used 2019 Chevy Spark just over a month ago and it has already has manifested with a bad/slipping transmission.

An independent mechanic noted the transmission fluid was low, dark, and burnt smelling(not something less than 500 miles of post-sale wear should cause). I am now being quoted for a replacement transmission.

I realize my mistake in trusting them when they didn't even perform the most basic of due diligence in airing up the low tires(sensor alarm visible on dash) before we departed the lot.

I leased a 2024 Fiat 500e and couldn’t be happier with the car or with the service provided by Cody and Joseph! Keep these lease deals going you guys, I have had over a dozen random people stop me and ask about the car in less than a week of owning it!! It’s getting lots of attention and word is spreading, and I’m telling every one of them about the experience and lease program offered here.

The dealership experience was great, Cody was my lead salesman, and he was a super nice guy and very patient and accommodating. Joseph helped the evening I signed the lease, and he was fantastic too. The salesmen were great, no complaints there! As for the paperwork, that was super easy too, Cody drove up to my work nearly an hour away the following day to sign a few more documents and deliver the Fiat, super!

This was definitely an easy car buying experience, and I’m very impressed with how flexible these guys are, and that Cody took the time to drive across the metro area to finish paperwork!

I’m very impressed with this dealer, and they’re really doing a legit lease deal on the new 500e. Keep it up, I’m telling you, you’d think I’m driving a Rolls-Royce with how many people stop and ask questions about the Fiat. I’ve referred each and every one of them to the dealer and told them about the lease and easy buying process. Not a single one wasn’t interested!

Edit: The dealership still has zero clue, but there are a few good people.

First and foremost I want to give thanks to Chris in parts, Lisa in service, and Phil for staying in contact through out this process.

Almost immediately Phil was able to track down my money and get me a check overnight to solve this problem. He then extended an offering to help make the deal right which I wanted help in sourcing standard night edition mirrors as my truck came equipped with tow mirrors. He ultimately ended up gifting me the mirrors which I greatly appreciate but here comes the problem with the make right.

The mirrors arrive and as I stated I live 175 miles from the dealer one way. I took time off work to get in as soon as possible and got one of the early slots. Upon arriving Lisa made sure I was taken care of properly and I enjoyed our conversation. 5 hours later I was informed that the truck was finished and that they had to do some reprogramming it it should be up to my satisfaction. I’ll insert the photos below but the 360 camera system did not work properly the feed did not match up correctly and I spoke to the shop foreman Donovan who assured me that this in fact was they were functioning correctly and the feed I was seeing is how all the trucks look. I ultimately left under the notion that they were going to contact further up the chain to see how to fix the issue. I get a call back a few days later stating that from stellantis parts engineers that the system is working as intended and that there is no correction needed. Chris agrees that the system is not working properly but this where Phil’s attitude changes and it’s more so we did what we can you are asking for something that cannot be done we tried. So up to this point the entire deal has been wrong every step of the way and the make right now has to be made right somehow but is my own problem.

I find a dealer that is more local and instantly knew what I was talking about, scheduled an appointment and was out in under 90 mins completely satisfied.

Final problem, I purchased the truck Aug 28. I go to get my plates about 5 weeks later and they have no paperwork. Tried to contact the dealer nobody responded. Finally asked Chris to handle the problem and he got me an extended temp tag and explained that he actually went through the same problem when he bought his truck there and it took over 4 months.

-I purchased a vehicle from this dealership about a month ago, and the experience has been a nightmare. I live 3 hours away (one way) and made the 6-hour round trip after finding the truck I wanted. After agreeing on the price, I waited 2 hours just to get into finance. Once there, the finance officer presented two sets of paperwork: one with errors and another that was supposedly correct. Somehow, both sets had errors.

By the time I caught the mistake, I was already driving home. The next morning, I called the dealership, and they assured me it could be corrected—if I came back in. I rearranged my schedule, made another 6-hour round trip, signed the “corrected” paperwork, and was promised everything would be fixed.

Fast forward two weeks, and I get a promissory note from the bank showing that my loan amount is $5,000 more than what it should be. This is not some small error—this is $5,000! When I tried to contact the dealership, I was met with nothing but excuses. For the past two weeks, I’ve been getting the runaround from everyone at the dealership. Promises of "I’ll call you back" or "I’ll handle it first thing in the morning" have gone nowhere. Not a single call back. Not a single answer.

I’m still owed $5,000, and no one seems to know how to answer two simple questions: How did this happen, and where is my money?

This kind of incompetence and lack of professionalism is beyond frustrating. A 5-minute conversation could have resolved this weeks ago, but instead, I’ve been left hanging. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone, and I’ll be making sure everyone I know hears about this ridiculous experience.

Jason and Lisa in service are absolutely amazing! Without them, this review would be all negative. They really go the extra mile in every way, take care of them!! While I waited almost TWENTY FIVE minutes for a salesman to find a key for a test drive, they both passed me by at different times and asked if I was being helped, if I needed anything, etc... No one else even made eye contact.

As for the rest of the dealership, it's a disorganized mess, the parking lot is full of trash, pot holes, the sink in the women's bathroom does not work, other people were standing around as well, waiting way over 25 min for someone to find a key for a test drive, it's THE reason I decided not to purchase my triplets first cars. You'd think a dealership like theirs would be on point with their cleanliness, organization, lot conditions, heck, AT LEAST THEIR BATHROOMS (the sink didn't work in the women's rest room!), etc... not this place.

The fact everything was so disorganized, so trashy, and there were potholes everywhere made me wonder the true condition of their used or even new cars! No matter what, when you're taking a car through pot holes when you're moving them around all the time, it can eventually cause some damage.

I was so dissatisfied I couldn't wait to leave and spend my money elsewhere. Instead of buying 3 brand new Dodge Durango 392's there, I took my money to their competitors. This lot was BEAUTIFUL, all their cars were lined up perfectly, not one single pot hole in sight. When it was time to test drive each brand new car, they retrieved the keys within 4 minutes. You could tell they TRULY cared about the first impression they gave to their customers. Since I paid cash, the paperwork was a breeze, their office was ran just as well as their lot. I had complete confidence they cared for their cars based on how well everything else looked and was ran.

So, if you want to have an experience of one of those shady "buy here, pay here" type of places, give Larry a try. I can almost guarantee, you'll sprain your ankle on their terrible lot.

Hopefully Larry H reads this, take note, first impressions matter, clean up your act and smooth out that mess you call a lot. You lost 3 sales because of the sate of things and your disorganized key retrievals. I've bought a lot of cars in my life and I've NEVER waited that long for a key to be found.

*UPDATE*

I went back to take photos, these potholes and poor conditions of their lot is no joke.

Chris, while I appreciate your response, until you fix your major lot issues, I'll never return and I will tell anyone who ever asks for a recommendation of where to buy a car to avoid your lot.

Update: To address the dealerships lies below: they've never once reached out to me (have all my contact). I followed all the guidelines (credit well above what they require) and willing to put a higher down payment down, but Alex verbatim said "there is no way to get a 19/month payment"

Word of warning for false advertising at Larry H Miller Chrysler/Dodge/Ram
Salesman swore up and down for 30min during the test drive that it's roughly 1500-1600 down and only $19/month, he claimed he was also a finance manager so he knew the numbers
He comes out later with this bs quote and states that its actually impossible to have a $19/month payment.
100% illegal for false advertisement, the ad never says the fees could be more than $19/month either

I was able to book an appointment on Friday for Saturday. Jon was very helpful and got my car checked right away with the problem. I didn't think they would get to it for at least a few days but they called Monday morning and said the car was done. The service guys have renewed my faith in dealership repairs. The cost to repair was fair and there was even an option to pay it in installments. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

I had my 2022 Pacifica serviced at LHM on Havana Street. Every item of concern was addressed with parts ordered and installed satisfactorily. Rick Bell, my Service Advisor, was great in keeping me informed of the work being done and great follow up, too. I was also impressed with the mechanic's perception about a slight noise complaint, which was found to be a wheel bearing. Thank you for the great service.
