Going to Larry H. Miller Nissan was a great first one experience for a first time car buyer at a dealership. I always bought used cars and thought I’d find better deals that way since there’s a stereotype for car salesman but Jay and Victor were the most down to earth salesmen I met. They were completely transparent and professional throughout the entire process and even built the perfect truck for me online, picked an exact model up from a different dealership and also got me a better deal than Navy Federal, which I thought was very impressive. My first experience buying a car at a dealership was smooth, informative and left me walking out with an amazing deal.

Came in on Monday with my dad to look at a new truck it was a very wonderful experience. Jay was amazing, very knowledgeable, and helpful. He made the buying experience great, had the truck I was looking at all nice, and washed before I arrived ready for a test drive. He was never pushy on any of the sale and made sure I was comfortable with it and got me a better deal than I thought I would. It was definitely like I had been hanging out with a new friend! If you decide to come to LHM for a car, Jay is definitely the salesman to go with!

I bought a 2016 Land ROVER the whole process was amazing…The owner Arron really took care of me …..he replaced the battery, tires, Rotated the Wheels ,rotated the Wheels , brand new breaks and rotors on the front …. He even drove all the way down south to pay for a sensor and a brand new battery….well looking hell-of sharp! Lol ….I told my girlfriend about it and she says that’s how a real man dresses and handles great business ?

He is a very trustworthy individual especially for a guy in his type of position….

Jose The finance dude is very straightforward and don’t beat around the bush and likes to help and Travis is a dope individual helped me through the whole process and still continues! I will come back for another vehicle here! not just for a vehicle just for great costumer service ! We all were really patient throughout the process!

Jay Kim is the best! I bought a car from him two years ago, and when I unexpectedly needed another new car this year (thanks to the Colorado hail), he was the first call I made. He is so easy to work with. He’s friendly and personable and treats you like a friend. I never felt like a number to him. My service rep was Autumn, my experience with Larry H Miller Arapahoe Nissan service department was probably the best I’ve ever had!!! Autumn was always very diligent in her efforts to create the best client experience possible, her communication was always friendly, proactive, transparent and factual throughout the work being performed on my Pathfinder. My car did require some unexpected extra work but I never once felt that I was being sold something that it didn’t need and she stayed with it through the whole process. I would highly recommend Autumn and the Service dept for your any of your vehicle service needs.

Went in on a quiet Wednesday night. Jay was totally helpful, but not high pressure. Gave us all the info we needed and didn’t mind when we left to look at another car and grab some dinner. Made it easy for us to talk and then come back to make the purchase. Since then they have bent over backwards to make sure the car is in peak driving condition! It’s been a great experience.
