I received COLLIER, a Facility Dog for Jenkins Preschool Academy, in the summer of 2016. From the application process through training I have had a wonderful experience with paws4people and their staff. I can't even begin to describe the benefits of having a Facility Dog on site interacting with children, famillies and staff every day. I volunteer with the program also, and I can honestly say it is a top notch organization that dedicates it's resources to breading and training the most amazing assistance dogs.

paws4people is a great organization! I have seen firsthand how the work they do changes the lives of the people they serve. The staff is professional and helpful, Bailey and Abi have become role models for me and I’m so thankful to have met them through paws4people. I cannot speak more highly of paws4people. I received my assistance dog through them in 2020 and she's everything I hoped and more. The staff are extremely professional while remaining caring and dedicated to helping their clients. I truly appreciate that they are invested in the full life of each working team - you're not forgotten about after graduation. I would wholeheartedly recommend paws4people to anyone interested in a service or facility dog. Don't fall for the many scammers out there looking to take your cash in exchange for an substandardly trained dog - this organization is the real deal.

paws4people changed our family! paws has given my daughter a sense of freedom and independence that has transformed her life. Not only do their staff care about their clients, but they pay attention to everyone in that person's system (work, home, etc). The dogs are well above the bar of other organizations. The high standards and detailed client match process ensures that the dogs from paws4people are excellent at what they do and they will perform as they should when called upon. paws4people is a trusted non-profit both for clients and donors. All donations are used wisely and invested correctly to help improve the lives of veterans, children, and others who will benefit from a service dog. You can't go wrong with paws!

I can't say enough good things about this organization. I worked with them for months while training to be paired with and bring home a wonderful dog to work with children at my school. They were encouraging, supportive, and knowledgeable about every step I needed to take. Even now, after being a client/handler for 7 months, I have a support team of facilitators, trainers, mentors, etc. to help with any questions or concerns I come across. The children and staff at our school have benefitted immeasurably by the sweet girl they paired with us. I would have absolutely no reservations or concerns about recommending paws4people to friends or colleagues. They are an organization that strives to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals, as well as in communities across the country.

paws4people is an amazing organization that has placed a wonderful facility dog with me! His name is FOREST and we works with me in my special education classroom. paws4people is so supportive and always there when you need them. Our family has 2 dogs from paws4people. We met our assistant dog, DALE, in 2019. DALE has helped our son, Oliver, tremendously! Oliver has Down syndrome and struggles with sensory processing. He also has many doctor appointments which DALE can accompany him to help anchor his anxieties during the visit. The paws4people organization is there for you every step of the way in this journey! They truly care about the well-being of their clients and want you to be a successful team (you and your dog). We are so appreciative of this organization, we decided to apply to be in the breeding ambassador program. We now have HOULIHAN, who will have future service dogs that will help families just like ours!
