War scho besser, ist viel im Bau deshalb auch kein Frühstück. Recht Günstig im ersten Moment, aber es kommen vor Ort noch 20$ Reinigungskosten zu. Bei 5 Nächten wurde nur ein Mal gereinigt.

Absolutely a terrible hotel. We flew in for nieces birthday at Universal and chose this hotel because it has a "3 star" rating the price was under $100/ night and it's really close to u
Universal. What a mistake. Got here an hour before the 3pm check in and they wanted $25 to check in early. They required a $100 deposit for "room damage".

The room was "barely" clean smelled like mold, musty air and pee. We just sucked it up and slept the one night only to find out at shower time that the pee smell was because the shower and sewer system was backing up into the shower pan. 🤢 There are construction in progress and a bunch of sketchy characters that loiter on the property. Talked to desk attendant about the room who said "not my problem, talk to a manager."

Absolutely DO NOT stay here Wyndham or not it's a dump it's not a 3 star it's not even a one star I have had better service and better rooms in impoverished 3rd world countries. Don't waste your time or money with this place it's a landfill.

I am pleasantly surprised by this room and the customer service i received. Very clean. Nice setup and great location. Perfect for a short time stay if you need a place to crash. Nothing fancy, but i can def say they accommodated my last minute stay perfectly and Geo at the front dest was great. Ive travelled for work nationally for several years and will definitely notate this place as a "stay again" on my list to myself.

The staff was accommodating, helpful, pleasant and very much so made my stay thatuch better. The night shift associate Cam went through hoops to resolve my issue (not to say other staff members didn't go above and beyond). The rooms were spacious, well kept, very clean and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thanks again to Cam and the rest of the amazing staff.

My mom, sister and I stayed here for 1 night. We were hardly in the room, so it was survivable. We were uncomfortable with the loiterers hanging around the premises. The room itself was dingy but fine. We didn’t notice any bugs or major cleanliness issues, but we stayed out of the room for most of the night. We didn’t dare open the shower curtain.

I did receive my deposit back to my card, and the staff were very nice. Great location. But the overall sketchy vibe made this an uncomfortable stay and we wouldn’t go back.

The online photos look acceptable until you get to the place. The entrance is under construction, but that’s understandable. The reception area itself is kinda difficult to see since it looks like a mini store from outside in the corner. The rooms when we arrived were dirty, had mold smell and fleas. Yes, FLEAS! The areas like the elevator are extremely dirty. It’s sad because it’s close to the Universal parks, International drive, and lots of food places. The atmosphere in the area was sketchy at best… people drinking or drunk in the parking lot. Sincerely stay away from this place, even more, if you’re with children or on a family vacation. They should close the place and do extreme cleaning and extreme pest control.

For starters, this is the hardest hotel to get in or out of. The hotel charges $25 a person for anyone in your room under 21, they also charge a $100 deposit, and, at checkout, find any reason not to give you your money back. I was just charged $89 for a fitted sheet, $45 for a pillow case, $39 for a bath towel, and $29 floor mat towel. The floor in the shower made me feel like i was going to fall through it. The room has a mini fridge, but it's a wine fridge. There's only one microwave on the property, and it's in the lobby. For a Wyndham brand hotel, this is a horrible hotel. I won't recommend this hotel to anybody.
